When I was younger, I was a singer-songwriter and touring musician.
Music has had a profound impact on me. It has taught me how to work within a group. How to get along and also how to disagree. How to challenge myself and others. How to scale ideas and work through complex problems. How to recognize vulnerability, yet stay strong and be a leader. How to be graceful and tender, but firm and defensive of intent. How to listen when criticized, and how to stay humble when complimented.
It taught me that everyone can have an idea, but without drive and passion, those ideas will never materialize.
